Smart Materials and Technology Competence Centre of Latvia is executing project “Mathematical model development for monoclonal antibodies method and characteristics”<\/p>\n
The project timeline is from 01.09.2016. to 28.02.2018.<\/p>\n
The goal of the project is to create mathematical model development for monoclonal antibodies method and characteristics that will enable to develop software for automatic mAb sample seperation.<\/p>\n

In the time period from 01.09.2016. to 10.12.2016 completed chromatography tests for 2 first mAb samples with various stationary phases.
\nIn the time period from 11.12.2016. to 10.03.2017 completed additional chromatography tests for 2 additional mAb samples with various stationary phases.
\nIn the time period from 11.03.2017. to 10.06.2017 completed chromatography tests for 2 commercial mAb samples with various stationary phases and additional tests for previously studied samples.
\nIn the time period from 11.06.2017 to 10.09.2017 completed mathematical processing of experimental data and development of substance behavioural models.
\nIn the time period from 11.09.2017 to 10.12.2017 completed tests and performance checks with developed models.
\nIn the time period from 11.12.2017 to 28.02.2018 completed developed model performance tests and completed research project.
